API Changelog - 2026-10-13: Summary
The troy and direct_carrier_billing payment methods have been removed from
the API documentation. The Visa and Mastercard card contracts have been
unified: redirection-based fields and some SCA exemption values are no longer
documented.
POST /v1/payments — Create Payment
The troy and direct_carrier_billing payment methods are no longer
available in the request body. This is a potentially breaking change for any
integration that still sends these payment method types.

The troy and direct_carrier_billing payment method detail objects are no
longer returned in the payment response, and their values are removed from
the payment method type enum. The same change applies to payment transaction
