Payout model

The uP Path solution is built to accommodate one single payout model which is the remittance model.

Remittance model

The Remittance model is used to payout funds directly to a recipient (e.g., the merchant) via the chosen transfer method, which in the case of uP Path is directly to the merchants bank account. The movement of the funds to the merchants bank account will be triggered based on the payment instructions that you provide to the uP Platform.
